Knowles Knives is a custom knife maker based near Randburg, Johannesburg. What began as weekend forging in a small workshop has grown into a dedicated craft, producing knives that are as practical as they are beautiful.
Every knife that leaves our workshop is individually hand-finished. We work with premium steels, carefully selected handle materials, and time-honoured techniques refined through years of practice.
